Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. All demolition work and site restoration after demolition shall be the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. Any Subcontractors used for the demolition work shall coordinate their work efforts and provide input to the CONTRACTOR, so they can schedule demolition activities. Work to include all required labor, equipment, materials, insurance, transportation costs for completing the work. B. The existing Ridge Road standpipe was constructed in 1969. The standpipe has a nominal capacity of 1,000,000-gallons. The standpipe roof, walls, pilasters, floor, overflow pipe, ladder, roof vent, catwalk and guardrail are constructed of carbon steel. The exterior and interior of the standpipe are painted. The standpipe is 46'-0" in diameter and approximately 92'-0" tall. The standpipe sits on a 53-foot diameter reinforced concrete slab with a reinforced concrete ring wall foundation. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER / ARCHITECT in writing. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Ashwaubenon Ridge Road Standpipe Demolition The work shall consist of demolition of the Ridge Road standpipe. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents.
