Project work consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 1,228 linear feet (0.23 miles) of defective sewer mains; 737 linear feet (0.14 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and seven manholes located in the Paint Branch Basin. Sealed responses for this work are to be submitted via the designated eProcurement Portal. Late responses will not be accepted. Time for substantial completion shall be 140 days, which shall commence on the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Question Submission Deadline: December 2, 2025, 2:00pm The Contractor is required to repair, rehabilitate or replace defective sewer mains, laterals and manholes using one or more of the following technologies referenced in the Pipeline Construction Division (PCD) Tracking Sheets, Drawings, GIS maps, and in accordance with Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission's most recent Standard Specification. Notwithstanding any statistical/historical data furnished by the Commission, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish the necessary quantities of manpower, supplies and equipment to provide satisfactory service at all facilities identified. The Commission is firmly committed to providing full and equal business opportunities to all persons regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin, age or disability. In that regard, the Commission encourages all Prime Contractors to utilize small local businesses located in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties and/or local certified minority/women-owned businesses as subcontractors on Commission projects. All Prime Contractors are required to report to the Commission for statistical purposes any payment made to subcontractors and such subcontractors are required to validate these payments by utilizing the Commission's web-enabled tracking and compliance system. In addition to the Contract Documents, referenced above, all work done under this Task Order shall incorporate the most recent editions of the WSSC General Conditions and Standard Specifications, the WSSC Standard Details, and all other applicable codes, regulations, and guidelines.
