New York City Economic Development Corporation ("NYCEDC") is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from one or more experienced, professional parking facility operators ("Respondents", each a "Respondent") to design, install, operate, manage and maintain parking lots and associated infrastructure and equipment (the "Parking Lots", the "Lots" or the "Sites") at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. The term shall be for a period of three years, to begin January of 2026, ending December 31st , 2028. The selected proposer will recommend the best technology and operational model for the site based on site conditions and pricing, provide phased implementation, and staff ongoing operations on a daily basis.
