The New Haven Unified School District is inviting proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations for Wide Area Network services for E-Rate Funding Year 2026-2027. The District currently has fifteen school and operational facilities including the County Office Datacenter (Alameda County Office of Education) that are connected by a fully managed private MPLS WAN connected via (up to) 10 Gbps service to fourteen sites, services currently provided by ATT. WAN connections are "homed" to the County Office Datacenter (Alameda County Office of Ed). The existing WAN contract expires on 6/30/2026. The District wishes to receive vendor proposals covering the period of three(3) years from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2029 with the option to renew annually for years four and five. If awarded the contract, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish i. A 100% Performance Bond, ii. Criminal Background Investigation/Fingerprinting Certification. New Haven Unified School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality, technical defect or clerical error in any Bid Proposal Package, as the interest of the New Haven Unified School District may require. Any proposer may withdraw his/her proposal, either personally or by written request, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. Equal Opportunity Employer
