**As of December 8, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Baker is seeking a Contractor qualified to tear down and remove several properties inside and outside the city limits. The project includes making sure all utilities have been disconnected, requiring any permits needed and demolition, clear and dispose of all materials. Four of the properties contain asbestos so all requirements of removal are the responsibility of the contractor. The City of Baker is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Small and minority businesses and women's businesses are encouraged to submit qualifications. The selected contractor(s) will be expected to work directly with the city's procurement staff and inspection department.
