Question Deadline 11/21/2025 Any request for interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to Bach Associates and must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Sealed bids are being solicited for the Reconstruction of Wesleyan Road & Carlisle Road Intersection & Wright Alley project in the Borough of Audubon, Camden County, New Jersey. Bids must be on the bid form prepared by the designated engineer, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name and address, and indicate the work being bid upon. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) but not more than $20,000 of the bid amount, along with a certificate letter from a surety company confirming provision of a completion bond. Awards are subject to availability of necessary funds provided by the Borough in a lawful manner, and securing of required State, Federal, or Local permits. Bidders must comply with various New Jersey statutes including Affirmative Action requirements, Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and must provide business registration proofs for themselves and any named subcontractors. Sealed bids are solicited through a fair and open process consistent with relevant state laws, and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids or award to the lowest responsible bidder at the Borough's discretion.
