Route 168, Merchant Street to Ferry Avenue, Pavement, Audobon Borough, Audobon Park Borough, Haddon Township, Mount Eprhaim Borough, Camden City, and Woodlynne Borough, Camden County UPC No: 103410, PE No: 0426516, CE No: 0426519 Estimated Range between $35,000,001 to $50,000,000 Contractors Prequalified in one of these Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 2, 2b, 3, 3a, or 5 Project Labor Agreement Required: No The Principal Items of Work Consist of: Roadway Quantity Unit Description 20,353 Cy Excavation, Unclassified 10,966 T Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5 M 64 Surface Course 10,149 T Hot Mix Asphalt 25 M 64 BASE Course 1,741 Lf 36" Reinforced Concrete Pipe 11,058 Sy Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick 5,774 Lf 8" Ductile Iron Water Pipe, Class 52 Bridge: Quantity Unit Description 27 Lf Drilled Shaft in Soil 60" Diameter 1,478 Lb Reinforcement Steel, Epoxycoated Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). DOT reserves its right to reject any or all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 27:7-30 and N.J.S.A. 27:7-33.
