Construction includes pavement widening, milling and resurfacing, reconstruction, maintenance of traffic plan, new stormwater treatment facilities, new bridge structures (OBrien Road and US 27 (North), new tolling site, signing, pavement marking improvements, signalization, lighting, ITS communications, and interchange improvements at US 27 (North) (MP 289) (reconstructed ramps to and from the north).
