Project No. PSA 2020-31 The project generally involves the construction of a new water treatment plant for the Town of Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, to be known as Water Treatment Plant No. 3. Bid Bond 5 % of bidder's maximum bid price SCOPE OF WORK: The project generally involves the construction of a new water treatment plant for the Town of Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, to be known as Water Treatment Plant No. 3. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work generally includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the new Town of Howey-in-the-Hills Water Treatment Plant #3, consisting of the following principal items: 600,000-gallon ground storage tank with aerator, well pumps, high service pumps, pump building with offices/conference space, chemical feed equipment, yard piping, site work, electrical, controls and SCADA . All questions pertaining to this ITB must be submitted, in writing, addressed to Morgan Cates, Town of Howeyin-the-Hills, 101 North Palm Avenue, Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida 34737; email mcates@howey.org, with copy to Troy Mitchell troy.mitchell@halff.com no later than July 14th at 3:00pm.
