FY26 Cityview School Roof Replacement This Contract shall include General Construction Work required to construct FY26 Cityview School Roof Replacement, 3350 North Fourth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55412 . Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the Cityview School Roof Replacement Project, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Bids must be emailed by the specified date and time. All potential bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at Cityview School. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond. Include a PDF copy of the deposit with the emailed bid, and send the hard copy by mail, postmarked within 5 days after the bid opening. Bids must be typewritten or handwritten and include a handwritten signature in ink. Bids containing any alteration or erasure must have the correction printed and initialed in ink by the signer.
