Site work for a water / sewer project in West Memphis, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting engineering firms for engineering related services for the design and construction of the improvements described in the Mississippi River Bridges USDOT PROTECT Grant. The work will generally consist of providing engineering services that include surveying, environmental review/documentation, geotechnical studies, topographic survey, Right-of-Way & Easement acquisition, preliminary engineering, plan preparation, specifications, cost estimates, and construction/as-built engineering for the construction of the wetland and floodplain improvements described in the USDOT PROTECT Grant. The project shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). All work and contract requirements shall conform to requirements of the FHWA, and all work will include Federal funds with local match and be reviewed and approved by the FHWA. Letters of interest should include primary contact information and Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form 330 Parts I and II.
