Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call civil work for an amusement/recreational facility.
The San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department is seeking proposals from qualified parties to construct improvements, provide concessions, and manage operations on approximately 3 acres of vacant land at Glen Helen Regional Park for an Aerial Adventure Park. Proposers are responsible, at their sole cost and expense, for the design, engineering, and construction of all improvements, including parking, as well as the provision of all materials, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, sales/service items, daily management of operations, permitting, insurance, licensing, and maintenance of the premises and concession. Proposals must include specific information about the proposed concession. The concessionaire will be required to construct and operate the improvements and manage the services at Glen Helen Regional Park, with a contract period of up to ten years, and possible extensions based on performance and negotiations. The location for all improvements and services is Glen Helen Regional Park. All bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) and register prior to submission. Attendance at the conference is voluntary.
