Renovation of an educational facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of January 14, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 20, 20256.** The project is for the 2026 WTHS Roof Work - Phase IV at both the Warren Township High School Almond and O'Plaine Campuses in Gurnee, IL. The scope of work includes the tear-off of approximately 782 squares of existing ballasted EPDM roofs at the Almond Campus and approximately 169 squares at the O'Plaine Campus. Existing roofs are to be replaced, where designated on the drawings, with a new TPO/KEE single-ply roofing membrane system. The work includes installation of new sheet metal copings and accessories, and all related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disconnects and re-connects according to prepared specifications and drawings. All work requires a two-year contractor warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties for specified materials. Bidding contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal walk-through to discuss the scope and requirements. The walk-through will cover each of the roof areas at both campuses included in the scope of work. All Requests for Information are due by Friday, December 5th, 2025 at NOON to C.E. Crowley & Associates, Inc.; responses will be provided by Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 at NOON.
