Bids are being received for the Pool Dehumidification Unit Replacement at the O'Plaine Campus of Warren Township High School District 121. This is a prevailing wage job. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Warren Township High School District 121 - O'Plaine Campus, 500 North O'Plaine Road, Gurnee, IL 60031. All bids must be received at the District's Administration Office at 34090 N. Almond Road, Gurnee, IL 60031 by 10:30 a.m. on the specified date. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. The project consists of replacing the indoor Dectron pool dehumidification unit with a new roof mounted unit at the O'Plaine Campus of Warren Twp. HS. Note: ALL other required related incidental work for the HVAC work shall be included such as electrical work, controls, patching and restoration, structural work, roof work, finishes or any other building elements that require selective demolition/replacement as a result of the general scope of HVAC work. 3. Bids will be under a singular lump sum. 4. Any items requiring additional clarification shall be done by Addenda. There is currently one (1) addendum issued which contains the structural work. 5.
