Arkansas State Police HQ's Flooring Replacement Sealed bids will be received for Arkansas State Police HQ's Flooring Replacement located in Little Rock, AR for the Arkansas State Police PR #9602601. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference. No bid will be accepted from any bidder failing to attend mandatory meeting(s). The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined, and electronic copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect. Printed copies may be obtained from Southern Reprographics. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $35.00 per set, payable to WER Architects. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return documents in good condition within ten days after the bid opening. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and that bidder's deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
