Reservoir Park Improvements - 8329 Cantrell Rd. Description: Softball Field Improvements and Infrastructure Improvements The Reservoir Park Improvements project consists of replacing the former softball field including site fill, finish grades, grass, irrigation, striping, fencing, dugouts, sidewalks, scoreboards, bleacher seating and other ballfield amenities. The project also includes utility improvements to meet the new finish grades and prepare for future phases. The utilities include city water, storm water, fire hydrant, and electrical power. It also includes coordinating athletic field lighting with the previously procured lighting vendor and installing the power infrastructure. It will include utility infrastructure improvements to the existing fire hydrant line, irrigation line, and stormwater drainage. There will also be partial sidewalk and parking lot improvements to tie them to existing park amenities. The scope of work is limited to the areas within the scope of work boundaries as indicated on the construction documents. Future improvements are indicated outside of the scope of work boundary for coordination purposes only. Subsequent bid packages will be issued for future phases to complete the work outside of the scope of work boundaries.
