Elevator modernizations at City Hall and Parks and Recreation Building, located at 3167 Main St and 3180 Bunten Road, Duluth, GA 30096. Bidders must provide one original and two copies of the complete submittal package, as well as one digital version on a flash drive, all in a sealed package clearly marked, addressed to the City of Duluth. Submittal packages must include a written project approach with schedule, corporate certificate, surety requirements acknowledgement, bid bond, oath of bidder, statement of bidder qualifications, contractor E-Verify affidavit, resumes and references, acknowledgment of any addenda, and a bid form including a schedule of items. No determination as to the most qualified or highest-ranking proposal will be made until after evaluation and City Council approval. Scope of Work: Substantial turn-key modernization of two hydraulic elevators in accordance all work described in the provided specifications (including work described as by others). The scope of work includes permitting, removal/replacement of existing equipment, and inspection/testing.
