Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Duluth, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a PRE-QUALIFIED firm interested in providing Demolition and Removal of Improvements, Structures or Other Encumbrances in the Right of Way or Easement Areas. GDOT will select the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder based on analysis of bid prices received. Bidders are responsible for checking this solicitation for any/all updates. Question Deadline 09/05/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions about any aspect of this solicitation, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Stacey Allen, email Sallen@dot.ga.gov . The Performance and Payment Bond shall be provided to the Department in the amount of 100 percent (%) of the total bid price, s liquidated damages and that a penalty of $500.00 will be imposed for each day beyond the thirty (30) day limit on this project The Georgia Department of Transportation has adopted a 15% overall annual goal for DBE participation on all projects. Contract Term and Type GDOT anticipates one (1) award to one (1) firm, for the project/contract identified. For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending Respondent. PROJECT NO: STP00-0I89-0I(010)
