The scope of this Project includes, but is not limited to: a. All work is performed in an existing building that is operational. Work consists of removal of all existing metal parapet copings, scuppers, conductor heads and downspouts, and membrane flashings. The existing fully adhered membrane shall be cut according to the manufacturer's instructions. Install new mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO membrane over new 1.0-inch polyiso insulation and the existing system on Area A and over new .50-inch high density polyiso on Area B. Install new TPO membrane flashings, parapet coping, TPO coated metal scuppers, conductor boxes and The City of Duluth will receive Proposals from contractors to provide, furnish, install and warranty/maintain all materials, labor and equipment necessary for installation of a roof replacement for the city' s Public Safety Building 3276 Buford Highway.
