Professional Engineering Services - On Call This would be a one year contract with annual renewal options not to exceed five years. Consultants must be professionally licensed and prequalified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. he City of Duluth and the URA are separate entities requiring separate contracts. This procurement will consider awards for both entities. No additional procurement packages will be required at this time. Services provided under these on-call consulting agreements could include the following categories: 1. Road/Sidewalk/Trail Design 2. Survey, Including Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) 3. Utility Coordination 4. Construction Engineering & Inspection (CST Administration) 5. Drainage/Stormwater Facility Design/Field Consultation 6. Stormwater Inspections and Site Inspections 7. Traffic Studies & Signal Design 8. Landscape Design, Including Installation Oversight 9. Environmental Studies/Documents & Regulatory Permitting 10. Public Involvement 11. Lighting Design 12. Structural Design 13. Plan Review for Development (Civil) and Buildings (MEP) 14. Planning and Zoning Support 15. Emergency Response Assistance Field Assessment (including dams) 16.
