Construction Cost Range: $700,000 to $800,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Base Bid work includes a two-ply modified bitumen roof systemfor approximately 212 squares. Base Bid work also includes preparing, priming, and two coats of exterior marine grade paint to the roof scuttle, gravity vents, and all structural steel including building two raised expansion joints to separate the two ends fromthe main roof area BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
