Bid packages Include Furnish & Install All Materials for Miscellaneous Rough Carpentry(Misc. Wood Blocking Including, but Not Limited to Around Windows, Upper Cabinets, Toilet Partitions, Grab Bars, Mirrors, Etc.)supply & Install Hollow Metal frames/doors/hardware, Supply& Install Miscellaneous Specialties(Toilet Partitions, Grab Bars, Mirrors, Fire Extinguishers, Etc.), and Raised Access Floor. Bid Security in the Amount Of five Percent (5%) of the Bid amount Must Accompany Each bid Over $50,000.00, in Accordance With the Instructions Forbid. The Owner Reserves the Right To Reject Any or All Bids and To waive Any Formalities. Bidder must Have a Current General Or specialty License From The arkansas Contractor's License board Before the Bid Proposal Will Be Considered. The Bid Proposal and Work of the Proposed Contract Shall Be in Accordance With All Applicable Federal, State, County and Local Laws, Ordinances, and Regulations.
