Sealed bids will be received for multiple projects including Aquatic Center Dive Tower Concrete Repairs, Beering Drive and Tiller Drive Rehabilitation, Fowler House Roofing and Masonry Repairs, Harrison Hall South Elevator Refurbishment, Hawkins Hall West Wing Furniture Removal Phase I, Hovde Hall Emergency Lighting Replacement, Pedestrian Tunnel Repairs and Waterproofing, Vet Pathobiology Research Building AC1-5 Replacement, Wade Utility Plant Main Steam Flow Meter Replacement, and Young Hall Roof Replacement. Bids must be for complete construction only, properly executed and submitted using required forms, including Form 96 and 96A, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and all documents as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must include a written plan for a drug testing program for the contractor's employees, and a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction in the amount covering the base and alternate bids. The Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of the contract, as well as related specifications, plans, and drawings, apply to all bidders.
