SCOPE OF PROJECT A. Install a new domestic water Back Flow Preventer (BFP) on the west side of the Lambert building in the basement area near where the water enters into the building. BFP to include by-pass and other typical components to match Purdue standard. Drains from BFP to be routed to the nearest floor drain. B. Install new exhaust fan in room 204. Fan to exhaust to exterior. C. Suite 205 A-D: a. Demolish lights, ceiling grid and tile, fan coil units (FCUs), duct work, existing freon lines, and controls. Existing 3 rd floor window louver for outside air to remain. Demolish the controls, compressor, power, and cabinet in fieldhouse. Demolish water lines and cap as needed. Remove freon from existing HVAC. Install dust protection as needed. Remove furniture as needed. Remove furniture prior to construction and reinstall furniture at the end of construction. Work with REM (EH&S) to remove asbestos as needed. b. Install new chilled water FCU coils and ductwork as needed to rooms 205 A-D and corridor 205. Install new ceiling diffusers and grilles as needed. Connect to FY 25 project shut-off valves for the second floor in the fieldhouse. c. Install new steam reheat coils to room 205 corridor and rooms 205 A-D. d. Install steam lines and chilled water lines as needed. e. Install new OA as needed. f. Install new DDC controls and control valves/dampers to new units. Controls to be Siemens. g. Install new ceiling grid and tile. h. Install new lighting and controls. i. Patch walls as needed.
