Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
The remainder of the Questionnaires and Material Lists shall be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. (EST) on the 11th day of December 2025, to Capital Asset Management 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100 West Lafayette, IN 47906 Phone (765) 494-0580 The Trustees of Purdue University are requesting sealed bids for the West Lafayette Campus project, including various road repair and the reconstruction of Nimitz Drive. Bids must be for complete construction only, executed and submitted on Form 96 with an executed Form 96A and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, accompanied by other required documents as per the instructions to bidders. The Contractor's written plan for a program to test their employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18 must be included. Each bid must include a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction, payable to The Trustees of Purdue University in an amount equal to the maximum total of the base bid and any alternate bids, as a guarantee for the execution and faithful performance of the contract. The Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire, naming the bidder's principal subcontractors, is required with the bid, while the remainder of the Questionnaires and Material Lists are to be submitted before the specified deadline. The Trustees of Purdue University reserve the right to reject any or all bids, waive terms, conditions, or provisions, and address any informality, irregularity, or omission at their discretion for the advantage of the university. All other details and requirements are referenced by inclusion of the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans, and drawings for the project.
