Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade transportation facility; one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade recreation facility; one-story above grade office development; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The projects involve construction work at the West Lafayette Campus for the following: Cordova Rec Sports Center Sections A & E Roof Replacement, Hangar 6 Office Reconfiguration, Lambert Fieldhouse Suite 204-205 FCU Replacement and Domestic Water Backflow Preventer Installation, MacArthur Drive to Mitch Daniels Boulevard Renovation, Physical Facilities Service Building Chiller Replacement, Purdue Memorial Union Elevator 4 Modernization, and Various Parking Lot Repairs. Work must be complete construction only, submitted on Form 96 with an executed Form 96A, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a written plan for employee drug testing, and a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction in an amount equal to the total bid. The Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire must be submitted with the bid. Additional requirements are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, specifications, plans, and drawings for the project. All bidders are deemed advised of these provisions and requirements.
