Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Santa Rosa, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Santa Rosa Independent School District is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the LED Lighting Upgrade Project at multiple campuses. The project includes LED lighting upgrades, lighting controls, and associated electrical work for the following Santa Rosa ISD facilities: Barrera Gym, Chepe Gym, Middle School Weight Room, De La Fuente Locker Room, and the Ag Building.
