Paving and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Santa Rosa, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

As of December 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the repair and resurfacing of the Santa Rosa ISD Running Track, in strict accordance with the proposed contract documents. The work includes removal of the existing track surfacing system from the track and field events areas with offsite disposal. Contractor must address with the owner any asphalt pavement cracks and surface undulations prior to surfacing operations. Provide and install a sealed impermeable basemat with polyurethane structural spray surfacing system on the track oval and field event areas. Stripe the track per local requirements. The contractor is not responsible for unforeseen or undetectable deficiencies in the asphalt base but must immediately notify the owner of any discovered deficiencies in the asphalt base or concrete curbing. Contractor must determine if the asphalt substrate meets all design specifications, including cross slopes, planarity, and project criteria, and must provide written acceptance of the planarity of the asphalt receiving base before work can commence. Proposer shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the installation of the polyurethane structural spray surface Preexisting track and field events: o One seven lane competition oval o Two long/triple jump runways o One high jump pad o One pole vault runway Contractor will provide and install sealed impermeable basemat with structural spray polyurethane surfacing system on the track oval and field event areas.
