Sealed proposals are invited for the construction of Paving and Appurtenances to Serve Grand Prairie Highlands Section 15 for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 570C. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Bidders may submit bids electronically via https://bids.lja.com and must register on the website to do so. Bidding documents may be examined at LJA Engineering, Inc., AGC of Texas, Construct Connect, and Amtek, or obtained for a fee. Electronic bids do not include those sent by telegraphic or facsimile transmission. Friendswood Development Company on behalf of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 570C reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder judged most advantageous for the district and for the best and most economical completion of the project.
