Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Description of Project: The Project consists of installing a new 8-inch gravity sewer main beginning at the Phoenix Pump Station and extending north along Ranch Village Drive to Cooley Road. From that point, the alignment continues east along Cooley Road and connects to an existing gravity sewer manhole located just west of the Cooley Road and 18th Street intersection. The Work includes full decommissioning of the Phoenix Pump Station, including removal or abandonment as applicable of all existing pump station facilities. Portions of the existing force main will be removed, while other segments will be abandoned in place, based on the specific field conditions at each location as shown on the plans. In addition to the new gravity sewer main installation, the project will incorporate the following elements: Gravity sewer lateral stub outs along Ranch Village Drive and one on Cooley Road for future septic to sewer conversions. Connection of the existing pressure manhole at Cooley Road and Ranch Village Road to the proposed new gravity sewer main. Connection of the existing pressure sewer main to the existing gravity sewer main located along Egypt Drive. Restoration of all surfaces and areas disturbed by construction activities.
