Demolition and site work for a hospitality development in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
**As of January 21st, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Facilities Management Division (hereinafter, the "Division or Department") has issued this informal competition Quick Quote (hereinafter, "QQ") with the intent of obtaining quotes from interested vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. Question Submission Deadline: December 10, 2025, 5:00pm The property, 11103 Tamiami Tr. E., Naples, Florida 34113, is .53 acres with two buildings totaling 4,800 square-feet in size. Property details may be found on CollierAppraiser.com. The Hotel Demolition Project shall deliver a fully cleared and restored property following demolition of the facility to include all related infrastructures and utilities with level ground using compact fill meeting Section 4 - Acceptance Criteria. 3.1. Scope of Work The Scope Details section outlines all work that is to be completed for this project in detail including reporting structure and schedule benchmarks. 3.1.1 Communication 3.1.1.1 Establish a primary contact for the project manager. 3.1.1.2 Confirm project phases (permitting, demo, hauling, cleanup) with a detailed project schedule compatible with Procore. The County's representative or Project Manager is required to review and approve the schedule. 3.1.2 Abatement of Asbestos 3.1.2.1 No asbestos was detected during Phase I testing. See Supplement Information - Asbestos Site Testing Report 08192025.pdf. 3.1.3 Demolition 3.1.3.1 The public right-of-way will be kept clear at all times at the end of each workday to maintain property safety. Public sidewalks are not to be removed. The driveway and private sidewalk on the property leading up to the duplex entry shall be removed without disturbing adjacent roadway or drainage if applicable. 3.1.3.2 Debris containers must be provided for materials as necessary and shall be maintained within the property lines. 3.1.3.3 Utilities. 3.1.3.3.1 Water and electric utilities are no longer active. 3.1.3.3.2 All utilities shall be capped at the property line feed. 3.1.3.3.3 Excavate infrastructure, foundation and all related utilities: 3.1.3.3.4 Locate all underground structures and utilities in the areas of work to avoid conflicts with existing facilities. Contact Sunshine One Call and Florida Water Services prior to any excavation. Contract shall provide the County with the ticket number, date, and time of call in the Project's Procore documents. 3.1.3.3.5 Cap utilities: electrical and water. Water and sewer connections, and electrical connections must be disconnected, and all infrastructure must be removed as part of this project. Cap appropriate utilities at main feed coming into property and mark these areas for the Owner. It is the Contractor's responsibility to include all costs and labor associated with this work in the bid. 3.1.3.4 Provide construction silt fence, as required by Florida Building Code, around the property until demolition and the removal of debris occurs. 3.1.3.5 Hauling of materials and debris offsite for legal, safe disposal as approved by Collier County Land Development and Asbestos Abatement Program as well as Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulations and any other applicable codes. 3.1.3.6 Demolition shall include any and all structures and materials on site. 3.1.4 Site Restoration 3.1.4.1 Land for project shall be left in safe condition, with level ground and compact fill following the acceptance criteria outlined in Scope Section 4.1. 3.1.4.2 The property is to be left fully cleared with no remaining debris and disconnected utilities properly marked for future use. 3.1.4.3 Stabilize property with Bahia grass, or equal to existing grass on site, after re-grading the site for positive drainage, and install mulch around any remaining trees, if applicable, that shall remain; maintain grass for viability for up to 30 days or until subcontractor determines grass may survive. Water trucks may be necessary for watering during construction and site restoration, as water service accounts have been closed. Please, include anticipated cost within bid. 3.1.4.5 Provide photos of successful completion of work in Procore using the photo tool, and daily log tool. The Daily Log should supply the following information: number of staff on site, names of visitors (if applicable), number of delivery and hauling trucks, weather delays if applicable, and a small description of daily work completed. 3.1.5 Provide weekly progress report as required to verify pay apps and work completed; submit directly to the Project Manager using the Procore email tool or documents. Progress reports are due each Friday any week when work is actively underway. 3.1.6. Hauling and Disposal 3.1.6.1 Proper debris containers shall be provided meeting safety standards. 3.1.6.2 Establish hauling, sorting, collection locations to be approved by Collier County. 3.1.6.3 Provide hauling schedule and trip count. 3.1.6.4 Provide verification of legal disposal of material (receipts of delivery) and upload into Procore documents.
