Question Submission Deadline: December 16, 2025, 3:00pm Direct questions related to this Bid to Online Bidding System website Project Locations: o Jail Pond o Building F Pond General Description: The Contractor shall provide all-inclusive, turnkey services, including all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and any necessary incidentals necessary to replace the existing fountains and related equipment with new systems at the Jail and Building F ponds. Maps with work locations are attached. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes. Jail Pond Scope: o Remove and dispose of the existing fountain and associated equipment. o Supply and install one (1) new "Firestone" 5 HP 60hz horizontal fountain. o Position and adjust the new fountain to minimize overspray and prevent water from reaching outside the pond perimeter. o Replace the pond pump and all associated equipment with new components compatible with the new fountain. Building F Pond Shoreline Stabilization: 1. Supply and install approximately 300 linear feet of 6-foot-wide heavy-duty erosion control geotextile barrier fabric, installed per industry standards. 2. Cover the geotextile fabric with 6"-12" riprap stone to achieve a stable slope and prevent further shoreline erosion. 3. Key in the geotextile fabric at both the top and bottom of the slope. 4. All riprap stone shall be properly chinked to ensure stability. 5. Contractor shall submit specifications for the proposed geotextile fabric with the bid submission. Fountain Replacement: 1. Remove the existing fountain and install a new "Firestone" 1 HP 60hz horizontal fountain. 2. Adjust and position the fountain to minimize overspray and prevent water from leaving the pond area. 3. Replace the pond pump and all associated equipment with new components compatible with the new fountain. Additional Requirements: o Measurements to be taken during the site visit. o Provide all required labor, materials, tools, and equipment. o Remove and haul away all debris from the job site. o Include any permitting required to complete the work.
