The project involves the connection to an existing sanitary sewer manhole stub at the southeast corner of SH 205 and FM 550 within a sanitary sewer easement and the construction of 4' diameter manholes and 637 linear feet of 12" PVC sanitary sewer line in McLendon-Chisholm, Texas by open cut and by bore with steel encasement pipe. Approximately 57 linear feet of existing 8" sanitary sewer force main will need to be lowered as part of this project to allow for the sanitary sewer crossing at FM 550. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
