Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sun Valley, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project seeks to increase safety, add roadway capacity, and improve multimodal facilities along Highland Ranch Parkway between Sun Valley Boulevard and Pyramid Highway. The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with relevant experience to provide design services for this project. Proposals may be rejected or accepted at the discretion of the RTC, and the RTC reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. All proposers will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals without discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin as per Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Department of Transportation regulations. Clarification Deadline: 12/5/2025 4:00 PM The estimated total cost of the improvements is $53 million.
