Bid Proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid in one of the following forms, naming The County of York as payee or oblige, as applicable; certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or Bid Bond in the form required by the Bid Documents and as acceptable to the County of York. Bidder shall provide proof of bonding capacity with Bid Proposal if bid security is other than a Bid Bond. The successful Bidder must enter into an Agreement and must furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Base Bid, and evidence of insurance as described in the Bid Documents and in a form acceptable to the County of York within ten (10) days after receipt of the Notice of Contract Award by the County of York Board of Commissioners. The County of York reserves the right to wave de minimus errors in bid documents, informalities in bid documents and to accept or reject any or all bids.
