Applicable New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction Trade Codes include C048 Communication Systems, C050 Security/Intrusion Alarms, and C052 Audio-Visual Systems. Bidders must be prequalified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Building Construction if project costs exceed $20,000, and submit a valid and active Notice of Classification, Certified Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts form, and Affidavit of No Material Adverse Change. All contractors must possess a valid Contractor's Registration Certificate at the time the proposal is received. A list of all interest holders owning 10% or more must be submitted. Compliance with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination and relevant state statutes and codes is required. Bidders must submit a copy of their New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
