REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Chehalis is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit statements of qualifications from experienced consulting firms to provide on-call architecture and engineering (A/E) services for public works projects. The City regularly undertakes projects involving water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation systems, with occasional needs for related facility and parks infrastructure. To support timely and efficient delivery of these projects, the City seeks to retain one or more qualified firms to provide professional services on an as-needed, task-order basis. The intent is to establish flexible and responsive A/E contracts that provide the City with access to technical expertise across a variety of disciplines, ensuring high-quality design, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective project delivery of public works improvements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
