Renovation of a municipal facility in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of December 22, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the following specifications. A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized. Walton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the proposal based on the highest and best interest of Walton County.
