The City of Greentop is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms for addressing wastewater treatment improvements. Services may include planning, design, and/or construction oversight of a wastewater project, with facility plans and engineering reports adhering to 10 CSR 20-8.110 Engineering–Reports, Plans, and Specifications. Engineering services requested may include planning, design, permitting, and construction inspection for collection systems, treatment facility upgrades, maintenance, and assistance with compliance with state and federal regulations, particularly those from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and other agencies. Additional services may include assistance with securing project financing, attaining easements or real property, user rate analysis, geotechnical analysis, and surveying. Qualification information must include: specialized experience and technical competence with respect to wastewater engineering, capacity and capability to perform within time limitations, past performance on cost control and quality, proximity and familiarity with the area, professional experience in designing wastewater systems, references and experience with jointly funded CDBG/DNR projects, and documentation of E-Verify compliance. Costs for preliminary engineering will be negotiated separately from costs for engineering design. Contracting for these activities shall occur separately and payments will be clearly defined. Contracts for design and inspection are contingent upon grant award and project fund commitments.
