Renovation of a recreation facility in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
The City of Des Peres is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to demolish, remove, and haul away existing cabinets, sinks, countertops, and floor in the breakroom at The Lodge Des Peres. The work includes installing a new LVT floor, wall and floor mount cabinets, and quartz countertops with backsplash and front aprons in the break room at 1050 Des Peres Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Bidders are responsible for verifying all measurements before submitting bids. Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked with "The Lodge Des Peres Break Room Renovation", including the name of the bidder and the bid deadline on the front of the envelope. Late, faxed, or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive technicalities, award any bid deemed most advantageous, and investigate the experience and ability of bidders. Minimum worker wages must comply with rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. The City requires the work for the Breakroom Renovation to begin after January 1, 2026.
