GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE SPECIFICATIONS SCOPE OF WORK Lake will need to have approximately 3' of water let out to dig the footing required for the base rock wall. Installation of minus rock and limestone boulders approximately 80' along the south slope of the lake just left of the pier. These will be built to match existing stone already in place on the lake edge. Mulch will be placed along the side of the main drive lane to accommodate the delivery of the limestone. Ideal with build a mulch road along the turf and to protect the walking path in route towards the lake. Once the new wall is in place Ideal will grade the disturbed turf areas level and remove the mulch road. Fescue grass seed will be used to seed the travel corridor to ensure erosion control and seed stability. The Turf area closest to the limestone installation will be then set at a grade that allows runoff water to enter the lake. Fescue sod will be installed up to 30' adjacent to the boulders. Ideal will ensure the 1st initial watering of the sod and seeded areas are watered. Any additional watering is subject to T/M work orders.
