The Scope of Work consists of the application of a microsurfacing wearing surface on the identified streets, followed by the reinstallation of pavement markings. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
