The City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for a 2-year contract for landscaping services, including weeding, clean up, edging, and spreading mulch. Work will take place in 2026 and again in 2027, under the same scope of work, terms, and performance expectations. Locations include The Lodge Des Peres, Public Works Building, Tennis Complex, Des Peres Park Playground, City Hall Landscaping, Public Safety Building, and The Fountain Area at West County Mall. Sealed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Mulching Bid - City Properties" including the date and time of the bid opening on the front of the envelope. Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier, or by mail, and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure the bid is received on time. No late bids will be considered.
