The City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to paint the walls and soffits and replace the wallcovering on the walls and operable walls in the three (3) Meeting Rooms of The Lodge Des Peres at 1050 Des Peres Road. Place temporary coverings to adjacent surfaces to protect them from staining or damage Remove dirt, grease and oil by washing and scrubbing wall and ceiling surfaces Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of contamination. Rout out and patch any cracks or indentations in walls and spot prime unprimed drywall Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked "LD26-404 Meeting Room Wallcovering Replacement and Paint Bid" includes the name of the bidder and date and time of the bid deadline on the front of the envelope to: Des Peres City Hall Attn: City Clerk 12325 Manchester Road Des Peres, MO. 63131 Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time.
