The City of Des Peres is seeking bids from qualified forestry consulting firms to update the city’s tree inventory on all city-owned rights-of-way and parks, initially created in 2018 and updated in 2023. Bids must be submitted in duplicate to the City Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “TREE INVENTORY BID,” including the name of the bidder and the date and time of the bid opening. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their submissions, as no late bids will be considered. The bid packet may be downloaded after logging in, which will add the bidder to the planholder list. The planholder list will be published prior to the bid opening. No requests for the planholder list will be entertained.
