Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the removal, replacement, and adjustment of storm sewer structures and pipes. The work was originally constructed in the mid 1980s but never dedicated to MSD. MSD is requiring these repairs before taking over ownership and maintenance of this reach. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this contract according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City. Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the City at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids Question Deadline 06/11/2026
