Site work and paving for a road / highway in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The scope of work consists of the application of a microsurfacing wearing surface on the identified streets, followed by the reinstallation of pavement markings on certain streets. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. BID 1-DES PERES Microsurfacing (single lift @ 18 lbs/SY) Traffic Control & Mobilization BID 2-LADUE Microsurfacing (single lift @ 18 lbs/SY) , Microsurfacing (two lifts @ 15 lbs/SY), Double Yellow (4") Striping, Solid White (4") Striping, Intermittent White (4") Striping BID 3-RICHMOND HEIGHTS ,- Lay Road (lies on the boundary between Richmond Heights and Ladue) 4- WEBSTER GROVES - Tuxedo Blvd, Clark Ave, Greeley Ave, Fairview Ave, and Atalanta Ave Instructions to bidders: Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The cities reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the cities. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the City at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
