Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to demolish, remove, and haul away existing cabinets and countertops in the Meeting Rooms and install new cabinets and countertops at The Lodge Des Peres at 1050 Des Peres Road. Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Meeting Room Countertop and Cabinet Replacement" and include the bidder's name and the date and time of the bid deadline on the front of the envelope. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure timely receipt of the bid. Late, faxed, or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. A mandatory site visit is required by all bidders; failure to complete a mandatory site visit prior to bid submission will result in disqualification. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive technicalities, and award the bid deemed most advantageous, and may investigate the bidder's experience and ability to perform the work. Minimum wages paid must comply with wage rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards.
