Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are invited for the Streets Garage Lot Full-Depth Reclamation and Asphalt Paving project. The scope of work includes full-depth reclamation (pulverization and cement fortification) followed by an asphalt overlay of the lot at the Streets Garage, 942 Des Peres Road. The entry drive will be milled and overlaid, with a total area of approximately 3,000 square yards. Traffic control and other incidental items are included as specified. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly labeled. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site by appointment. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate must be paid to workers, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the bid amount. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the City.
