The contractor is responsible for removing fences, walls, sheds, garages, blacktop, foundation, and any other encumbrances from the lot as directed. Adjacent sidewalks must be kept clear of debris and maintained during non-working hours. The contractor must ensure utility disconnection and proper capping, and remove the water line to the service meter and gas line to the property line. All sewer connections must be sealed according to City procedures and under proper inspection.
